Laqsh leveraged its experience from the hospitality industry and built custom content for the training programme.
HealthAsyst: An IT company with several international customers in the health care space wanted to improve the skills of their employees in many areas. Some areas were handling queries, telephone etiquette, interpersonal communication, listening and comprehending.
Laqsh tailor-made the content for the training program. The programme included various training methodologies such as role plays, presentations, group discussions, listening skills etc.These activities helped the participants in building up their confidence.
Agastya International Foundation: Laqsh recently conducted a workshop on team building, leadership skills, to develop a positive attitude at work and to take pride in their work and workplace for their teachers
